New Patient Offer Details

Adults interested in becoming a new patient at our private dental practice start by booking a new patient check-up (either a Dental MOT or Mini MOT) with one of our team. Our current New Patient Offer is:
- A free “Ultimate Clean”, our Airflow hygiene treatment, with one of our Dental Therapists when booking a Dental MOT (£169) or a Mini MOT (£79) for dates in March 2025.
All adults are eligible for our Dental MOT appointments – this is the “Ultimate Check-Up,” and it is a great option for anyone re-starting their dental healthcare. Patients currently under the regular care of another dental practice may be eligible for the Mini MOT. More details on the Dental MOT and MIni MOT can be found below.
The New Patient Offer is available alongside Dental MOT and Mini MOT appointments during March 2025. A limited number of appointments are bookable and this offer is strictly subject to availability. Our Mini MOT is also subject to eligibility, see details below.

Dental MOT or Mini MOT?
Patients who are interested in joining our private dental practice are first invited to attend a new patient check-up (a Dental MOT, the Ultimate Check-Up, or, if eligible, a Mini MOT). These appointments are the first step to joining our practice – they let us get to know you, understand your dental health needs and identify any immediate issues. One of our Smile Advisors will discuss which option is most suitable for you before you book.
- Dental MOT (£169): a thorough and gentle check-up to diagnose existing issues, scan for unseen problems and restart your journey to great dental health. The Dental MOT goes well beyond a standard check-up – we refer to it as the ultimate check-up! This 30-45 minute appointment will usually include a 3D scan of your mouth, x-rays, oral cancer screening, private assessment of your teeth, gum health review and an oral health report. We will recommend treatment options if required to give you stable dental health.
- Mini MOT (£79): Patients who have been regular members of another dental practice may be eligible for the “mini” version of our Dental MOT, the Mini MOT. This 15-minute check-up with one of our dentists will include oral cancer screening, a private assessment of your teeth, gum health review, and top-up x-rays if needed. We will recommend treatment options if required to give you stable dental health. Subject to a review of your dental notes and x-rays (from your current dentist), one of our Smile Advisors will advise if the Mini MOT is an option for you.
Becoming a Patient at our Practice
Once you have visited our practice for your Dental MOT or Mini MOT, one of our Smile Advisors will discuss the next steps with you, including becoming a member of our practice. If you require any treatment to become dentally stable, we will discuss this and, if you are happy to proceed, we will schedule the appointments required.. If you have stable dental health already, we can discuss the option of becoming a member straight away. All of our members benefit from private dental health plans that give you consistent dental care, including check-ups, dental therapy and Airflow treatments.
Our Smile Advisors are here for you, free of charge, to help you in all aspects of your dental health including when making decisions about treatments and membership. For patients attending the Gentle Touch, our Smile Advisors can provide advice and support in an informal setting at the practice, by email and on the phone.
