Our Fees

Most patients of the Gentle Touch are members of the practice. This is because taking a preventive approach to dental care, through a membership plan, is the best way to look after your teeth. Regular hygiene and preventive advice can negate the need for expensive treatments down the line.

Non-member patients may also attend the practice for one-off appointments with dentists and dental therapists. Non-member patients pay one-off private fees.

Note that the children of our members can be treated free of charge through the NHS.

Monthly Fees for Members

All members of the Gentle Touch attend for check-ups and hygiene appointments with their dentist and our team of dental therapists. Please see our Membership Plans for details to understand the monthly plan pricing.

We are firm believers in a preventive approach to dentistry. Through regular hygiene appointments and monitoring with your dentist, we can really help you to look after your teeth for life.

Your Membership Plan covers all the basics, which include regular oral health assessments, hygiene appointents, x-rays when erquired, and daily emergency care access. Planned treatments and emergency dentistry will incur private fees, though we always give our members a minimum 20% discount on our prices (excluding implants, tooth whitening and Invisalign).

Our members’ children can be treated free of charge through the NHS. There are a small number of treatments which will require that a private fee is paid, for example a sports mouthguard.

One-Off Appointments (non-members)

Patients do not have to be members of the Gentle Touch to benefit from our expertise in dentistry. We offer a range of one-off appointments for non-members. All of these appointments include private dentistry with one-off fees.

We do not treat children on a one-off basis under the NHS. However, a limited number of services and treatments are available on a private basis for children, e.g. sports mouthguards (age 13+).
