What’s included in the treatment?

This is a 45-minute Airflow hygiene appointment which includes the following:

• medical and dental history
• full mouth oral cancer screening
• teeth assessment
• gum assessment
• full mouth clean and polish (in the most gentle way with EMS Guided Biofilm therapy/ Airflow)
• tailor-made advice

This offer is great for those people who have not had a dental check-up for a while or for those who have been unable to have a hygiene appointment. The health check on your teeth and gums will give you peace of mind, and getting rid of stains and plaque from your teeth will brighten your smile. We find this can give our patients more confidence. However, even more importantly, in the long run, our Airflow treatment will also protect the health of your teeth.

Why should you get an AIRFLOW ^® treatment?

The Gentle Touch recently launched a new dental hygiene treatment: Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT). We think it’s amazing, and the feedback from our patients agrees! GBT uses gentle, state-of-the-art technology from AIRFLOW ^® to deep clean and polish your teeth. More technically speaking, the GBT treatment removes stains, biofilm and young calculus on natural teeth, restorations and implants. Also great for cleaning teeth which have braces. Suitable for adults of all ages and for children.
