Tue, 27th May 2025

UK’s first fully biomimetic practice now offering in-person CPD-certified training course for Dentists, Dental Therapists & Practice Owners

We are proud to announce the launch of the Gentle Touch Dental Training Centre, located here at our practice in Kelso. Our inaugural course is the Level 1 Biomimetic Dentistry Course — the first of its kind in the UK. Designed specifically for dentists, dental therapists, and practice owners, this two-day, in-person course offers a transformative introduction to the principles and practice of biomimetic restorative dentistry.

Led by Dr Amber Aplin, the Gentle Touch dental practice is the first fully biomimetic practice in the UK, with all eight clinicians trained in groundbreaking biomimetic techniques. The Gentle Touch Dental Training Centre has been established to share our approach with a unique blend of hands-on clinical training, live observation, and practical business insight to help dental professionals elevate both their clinical skills and patient care offerings.
