We were so thrilled recently to receive the following testimonial from one of Richard Lindsay’s Invisalign patients, Amy Beech. From the very first time I stepped into The Gentle Touch, I have been blown away by the kindness, professionalism and understanding of every single member of staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I have never been made to feel silly or rushed.

My teeth have always been an enormous source of embarrassment for me: my front tooth stuck out massively and meant that I never smiled properly and felt horribly self-conscious about it. So much so, that when my son was born I deleted a lot of the first pictures of us together because I was horrified by my teeth. I had mentioned this during a routine check-up, and one of the lovely nurses asked if I’d ever considered Invisalign. I’d looked into it previously but believed my teeth to be beyond help. She suggested I attend a free consultation to see if Invisalign could help me and I can’t explain how beyond excited I was when I was told that they could be fixed!

From start to finish, Richard has been fantastic. He is so knowledgeable about what can be done and is a perfectionist when it comes to making sure your smile is at its absolute best. Despite the pandemic starting just a few weeks after I started my Invisalign journey (and having a surprise second child not long after!) I have never felt unsupported or that my treatment suffered as a result, and I am positive that The Gentle Touch is absolutely THE best dentist for all things Invisalign and beyond! I’m now at the end of my journey and I am having to relearn how to smile after so many years feeling as though I simply couldn’t smile freely! My smile is so big, that even the most inane picture looks like it’s Christmas!

I honestly don’t have the words to thank Richard and all the team at The Gentle Touch for all that they have done for me and the incredible gift that they have given to me. Now, I can now smile how I want, when I want and I never ever delete a photograph of me and my children which is just the most priceless thing after so many years of hating how I looked. I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough; I would encourage anyone who has ever thought about Invisalign but perhaps thought they were beyond help (like I did!) to go along and find out just what can be done for you- you won’t regret it!
